Our tins comply with the stringent EU requirements for food packaging. This is confirmed by renowned test institutes like the Swiss SQTS. Among other things, we have been using BPA-free
interior varnish for years and only use PVC-free, food-safe plastics for transparent display windows in our tins.
When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. As your supplier, we stand by our commitments. We formally assume manufacturer´s liability that legally lies with the first EU importer for goods of non-EUorigin. Tin customers generally have no control over and no direct access to the operations in the Far East, making risk management nearly impossible. When they directly source in the Far East, complaints or claims in the event of damages are virtually unenforceable.
